I have a question. Since Start11 now controls "Group widths," is it necessary to turn on "Show more tiles on start?"
I can also report that when turning on "Let Start11 enhance the taskbar," things got pretty whacky after enabling rounded taskbar. I can't narrow it down to a specific action, but my computer froze with the Start11 Config app open. After ending the task for Start11 Config, I was able to reboot. I reinstalled 2.02 over 2.03, rebooted, and reinstalled 2.03 over 2.02. Then I turned off "Let Start11 enhance the taskbar," and everything is working okay. I do have rounded corners turned on the
I have Folder Options>Always show icons never thumbnails unchecked I pinned a pdf file to my Start11v2 (Windows 10 Style) Menu which was showing the thumbnail in the original location, and it displays as a generic pdf icon on my start menu. So, I don't think it has anything to do with the Folder Options setting. Not sure why this is happening to you, unless you had previously assigned custom icons to these files. You could try the new option for "Pin folder menu" on the taskbar and group your taskbar apps into folders. That way your taskbar wouldn't be full, but you could still access all your apps. I tested this with "Automatically hide the taskbar" and it works fine.
Default Tab When Opening Start Menu I really like the new TABS and I know this is a big ask, but would it be possible to add an option to define a default tab in a group so that when the Start Menu opens the default tab would always be selected. Example: A group has four tabs; 1, 2, 3, and 4. The way it works now; if you select tab 3 and click a shortcut to open an object, the next time you open the Start Menu tab 3 is selected. It requires a considerable mouse movement to make a selection. This is not a complaint, but a suggestion to allow an option for condensing this section. I know it mimics the
Start11v2 is not an update, it's an upgrade and requires a new licensee.
Sorry that happened to you. Some have reported installing v2 over v1 with success. Others have ended up as you did. I ran into a similar problem when I installed Goupy2 over Groupy1. For that reason, I uninstalled Start11v1 and didn't check the box to delete the settings. Then after rebooting, I installed Start11v2 and my Start Menu was intact. I also use the Windows 10 Style. I personally feel like there should be more specific instructions on how to install new Stardock products.</p

I was moving icons around on the Startt11v2 menu and created a folder. It's this way on my iPhone and I have problems there also. Here are my impressions so far: It is apparent that you have been listening to your users and that you spent a lot of time thinking this through. The new Font Settings are awesome!
