[quote who="JLFItzpatrick" reply="50" id="3909388"] First of all, it's awesome to have the Taskbar pins / Pin folder menu option! That's exactly what I've been missing since migrating to Win11. I upgraded to v2 last night after reading this feature was part of the release and started trying this feature out today and it works great! Only thing I'm noticing is there is n

Nice idea. All it would take is allowing the transparency to go past 11% and to remove the blur.
You're welcome. Glad I could help. If you get a chance, try my Fly by NIGHT 2.0 cursor. https://www.wincustomize.com/explore/cursorfx/3309/
Just discovered an oddity with 2.0.0.6. If you hover over a shortcut on the Start11 menu (Windows 10 Style) until the name of the shortcut appears, and then click the shortcut, the name stays on the screen after the Start11 menu closes until you move your mouse over the app or window that opens. For those who are hung up on the naming convention of the product and confusing UPDATE with UPGRADE, no one is forcing you to pay for this UPGRADE! If you don't want to UPGRADE, just stick with version 1. As Neil said, this is a massive UPGRADE, and in my opinion, it is very underpriced for what you get.

Follow the procedure in Reply #5 and it will work. I tested the TurkeyTrot cursor I created by moving the Hotspot on the Standard Select to the tail and it worked. The save as method will never work.
Thanks for the FancyZones tweak, and great job on the context menus!
Okay, I'm using CursorFX 4.03 to create this example. First open CursorFX and then open the Turkey cursor in the editor by clicking the yellow circle w/ the pencil in it. Now in the same editor window, click the File menu and select New. That should open a new blank theme in the editor. Now save it as a different name. In this example I named it TurkeyTrot. Now use the editor Edit menu to copy each cursor state, one at a time, in the Turkey cursor, and then select the
I tested this on my system with enhanced taskbar on and with it off. I don't see this issue either. Windows 11 - 22635.2700; Start11v2 - 2.0.0.5
Open the CursorFX Theme Editor and create a new blank theme. Now open the theme you want to edit. Copy each state from the "Normal cursor states" of the theme you are trying to edit, one at a time, and paste them into your new blank theme. Now edit each cursor state the way you like it and save as a new theme.

Curious as to why some folders with menus we can pin to the start menu don't navigate all the way through the directory path while some do. Here is a screenshot to illustrate. You can see in

I have been testing Start11v2, especially the "Enhanced taskbar" extensively for the last couple of days. Today while testing, I ran into an issue with Microsoft PowerToys, Fancy Zones. A few times the bottoms of my zones were pushed down from their set location about an 1/8" above the taskbar, to touching the taskbar. Another time, the bottoms of my zones were pushed up about an 1-1/2" above the taskbar. I'm not sure exactly what process caused this to happen, but each time it was after
I have been working on sorting this issue out for a few days now, so I decided to create a thread devoted to this issue. I’m not sure if this is the correct terminology, but I’m referring to the taskbar button underline which indicates the state of the object; pinned, focused, or unfocused. Many thanks to PhoenixRising1 who was able to diagnose this issue. With “Enhanced taskbar” enabled, the button indicator (underline) for a focused object&rsq

There is a change in the taskbar underline in the following settings start menu > configure menu > customize visual appearance > change start menu colours when you configure either [use automatic color] or select item accent colour the color of the underline changes with it otherwise it is grey when using Windows color scheme which is a possible bug.<br

Just curious, because I didn't receive any replies. Is anyone using the enhanced taskbar in 2.0.0.4 experiencing the issue described in reply #46? Thanks, pelaird

[quote who="Omnimaxus" reply="40" id="3908595"] Suggestion: The "plus" sign that appears next to "All apps" should stay visible at all times. Having it appear and then disappear only to reappear can be distracting (just being honest). Best to have it remain visible so it's there and easily identified by all users. Really would help. <img src="https://cdn.stardock.us/forums/45/94/459460
I think the "Company Settings sync" control panel was replaced with the "Company Portal app for Windows." Regardless, most of us don't need this feature. Not sure why this shows up in Start11v2. This issue bears investigation by the Stardock development team.
The "Focused background bar : Custom color" is not respected; it is always "Mica style" regardless of the setting. I have "Apply the tab color to integrated tabs in Windows Notepad and File Explorer" checked.
