For what it's worth, I think that OD+ at it's current version is a good app and worth the money. It is better for 32bit systems because of systray issues. but if you look at the product page . .OD+ is only certified for 32bit. ( https://www.stardock.com/products/objectdock/learn.asp )

If you only want to change the taskbar color I think you would do well to launch SkinStudio and edit that entry. I think that there's a hue shift, but I'm not sure. If you want to change the whole skin, you can click on the Change color option on when you select the skin. Adjust as you see fit and go from there. Or wait for someone who knows something.

This behavior is not typical. If you uninstall WB does the problem continue? Can you post your WB system information? Open WB. click on the words "System information" in th lower left corner. Paste all the resultes here.
