When pasting text to or from the primary/secondary I am noticing a perceptable lag on paste. Anyone else seeing this? I am also not able to get to secondary until after I log in to that PC using the native keyboard. I will uninstall and reinstall on both PCs (opposed to upgrading via SDC) later to eliminate the potential of a bad upgrade. On a positive note, the Grid configuration is wicked cool.

Got a reply. Expect a new build early in the week.
If you buy a used game . . you get the 1.0 game on that CD. Youcan even upgrade to 1.1. You got what you paid for. Anything you want beyond that . . . you have to buy. Seems pretty fair to me.
I am saddened that I can't play it on my 1st gen TabletPC. That'll teach me to be cutting-edge.
Check your spam blocking software . . stuff gets caught up in those fairly often.
I have ArtRage 1.1 and it's a blast. I, of course, suck when it comes to any kind of art but this app made being sucky much more fun. I'm in. My previous sucky ArtRage art here: and How badly can I lose, right? <img src="http://images.stardock.com/wc/smiles/Sad.gif" bor
do you realize that there was a spelling mistake in each line of your post? Yes. And to move towards the topic . . . . three errors today. All SQL Server 2005 related. They cleared up quickly though and the site has been responding well otherwise
Nice use of the interface. I would agree though that a small screenshot or two (inserts) of those same ships in the game with the UI would give a reader the clue that the graphics are not just rendered for the advert. It's a better advert than I could have done, that is for sure.
I have tried all day not to comment . . . but I can't help myself: The title of this post reminds me of an early dating experience.
Most people customize the original applications, wb walls etc, so they would not be allowed to upload as a suite unless they had permission from each and every author/artist and thats not gonna happen. I need to spend more time looking at the sceenshots I guess because I don't notice that much cu
Can you save the error in a text file and upload that somewhere?
What did Stardock settle on for the demo config? Limited races? Limited moves? No ship builder? No multiplayer?
That was a great feature that has been requested by a few folks since v.2 It was pulled by Stardock except for the DX Enterprise edition. That sucks. I used it to keep my kids from messing with stuff. You can see a newsgroup thread here: http://tinyurl.com/pzq5e and another one where Brad Wardell said it was going back in a future build here: http://tinyurl.com/odyb7 Still waiting, no love though. <img src="http://im
Now, Synergy's requires a bit of configuration to make it work properly but it also happens to be more featured than Multiplicity (not the Pro version). The feature I use the most in MP is the copy and paste between PCs. I don't think Synergy does that yet [and too lazy to Google it]. And
ctrl-alt-backspace isn't working for me at all. I have the purchased the pro version. Suggestions? Wait for the beta?
I have a TabletPC and when locked, a small keyboard appears so a user can tap the logon information. Interestingly (maybe), when I type on the primary keyboard (Tablet is secondary) the control and alt buttons become highlighted . . . so I KNOW that MP is working. The surregate does not highlight every tap (primary keyboard) entry for security reasons. So I don't know if it's not picking up the backspace or not recognizing the backspace.
Yes. You can have two PCs with two monitors controlled by one mouse and one keyboard.
Over the years StarDock has gotten much better aboutdocumentation (especially DesktopX) but it still seems to be a weak spot. For the record, I am amazed at how intuitive ThinkSync, Multiplicity, and KeepSafe are. SecureProcess . .. well . . the UI on that is in flux and I won't comment yet. I saw a Multiplicity post about using Control-Alt_delete/Backspace that should have been pretty easy to document in a help file. Knowi
This appears to be resolved with the new build. Thanks.
I have had a number of problems answered by other users in the Stardock newsgroups and forums by other users. Multiplicity is still awfully new and I wouldn't expect much user help yet. However, I will assist where I can. Official support is via email and phone. And I have always gotten a response within 16 business hours.
Another buggish type thing: the scroll wheel loses functionality once in a while on a secondary.
First, things I like: Num-lock not syncing!!! Keystroke to toggle between PCs! Switch based on mouse velocity (may have to reboot, not working yet. Where do I set threshold?) Things not working that I don't know if I like or not: Screen darkening on secondary Things that I don't like: Wicked lag on secondary mouse action. Seems to get much worse when dragging windows or scroll bar
