What is Difference btw Object Bar and ObjectDock?

I have ObjectDock Plus 1.30. Any reason to get Object Bar? What is difference?

If not I suggest it might help.

I use both. OD+ for a few quick links, running tasks, and systray. OB for embedded widgets, HD navigation, other admin tasks. OB can do so much more than OD but OD is an awesome specialist (and looks sweet).
