it happens when it tries to put the icon on next line of icons inside fence. it is not about all Roll-up fences.
I'm using Fences 6.02 on windows 11. Version 10.0.26100 Build 26100. The video Shows Everything: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=B3f-qGm8veY
Thank you for quick fix. After reinstalling it worked as expected. Thanks again.
surely it's not happening on your side. I tried to change some settings and I think there is another condition : you have to connected to 2 monitors. here is the video: https://youtu.be/qHsOBNtfU90
I'm using Start11 2.49.2 --- enhanced taskbar enabled. taskbar buttons set to always combine. 1. open 2 window of same app 2. in taskbar try to click on the icon(button) when clicking on that button it should show thumbnails but it does nothing. clicking does not behave correctly. (yes I know you can
I tested windows default behavior and compared creating new folder "with right click then new folder" vs "Ctrl + Shift + N" unfortunately this is windows weird behavior not Stardock problem. this is windows default behavior: Right click then create a new folder : folder creating under mouse cursor (good) Ctrl + Shift + N : folder creating on a random place (bad) --- so consider my comment as a feature request : pressing Ctrl + Shift + N cre
Thank you. Yes this only happen when moving a button over start button.
I forgot to mention that this happen on "Always combine taskbar buttons"
there should be an animation for closing icons on taskbar. it works as excepted if enhanced taskbar is off. it enhanced taskbar is enabled there is 2 condition: 1- you are closing latest icon on the taskbar --- animation works correctly 2- you are closing one of middle icons on taskbar --- there is no animation (bug) look at the video
Klo Ctrl + Shift + N, cause new folder to create on weird place. if auto arrange is on : after pressing enter it goes to right place if auto arrange is off : it creates new folder on weird place and stay there. I provided a video
Just look at the video. It's an old bug.
Windows 11 5.86 Auto arrange is off
I have 2 monitors. When I Right click on the desktop and create new folder that folders goes to primary monitor (expected) but if I use shortcut to create new folder on the desktop (Ctrl + Shift + N), it goes on my second monitor (bug) -(my second monitor is on the left side of primary monitor)
Yes, I can use Win + E for opus but I prefer double click for opus and another shortcut for hiding fences because I use Opus lots of times and rarely want to hide fences(Only when I'm recording my screen). when I want to record my screen I should deep dive into Opus setting and disable Double click feature (because If both Opus and Fences have double click feature enabled, Fences double click not working)
Those shortcuts are for Peek feature not Hiding desktop fences. There is not shortcut for hide and show desktop icons unless double clicking. other options are not same.
Is there anyway to hide fences(Desktop icons) without double clicking? any chance to do it with a shortcut key? I'm using directory opus and I use double click on empty spot to open my file explorer and I don't want to change it. I really appreciate that letting us to define a shortcut to do that.
Hi. In windows ctrl + drag creates a copy of an icon shift + drag moves an icon and alt + drag creates a shortcut of an icon. (you can also use ctrl + shift + drag) when fences is enable dragging a folder with alt button creates folder portals instead of creating a shortcut, It's ok but I prefer to use alt dragging to create shortcut. so I want to ask you add an option to disable alt + dragging to create folder portals (there is sti
Thanks for your reply. I don't use 'Pages' feature , and also I use align to grid. In my device exactly like yours turning off fences and also align icons to grid result same.(windows bug or normal behavior) but I never disable align to grid in whole my life so I prefer ena
ok. I upload a video with an explanation. I think you will get it what I mean. video has voice https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OMsrQpbB0Zg
I usually use align to grid but disabling it did not solve the problem. I attached a video of it. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-1g0lwe6ya0
