Desktop Icon Occasionally Does Not Go Inside Roll-up Fence

it happens when it tries to put the icon on next line of icons inside fence.

it is not about all Roll-up fences.

Sorry to hear you are having issues. That look strange for me, from your video, the moved icon, reposition itself to be inside the Fence, but once the Fence rolled up, it look like it dropped off from the fence and the icon realign/reposition itself on the desktop.

Need to know if this is a new issue or new install? Perhaps, this never happen before? Any new changes in your system? New software, new update etc

your explanation is exactly what's happening.

this is not new issue , it issue was there from installation. no new change in my system.

First, please try purge and reinstall steps as mention here : [Link]. Just make sure to redownload the latest version from your account page. Reboot after the purge. Reinstall and reboot again after the installation. Retest and report back here.
