No Animation For Closing Icon On Taskbar (on enhanced taskbar)

there should be an animation for closing icons on taskbar.
it works as excepted if enhanced taskbar is off.
it enhanced taskbar is enabled there is 2 condition:
1- you are closing latest icon on the taskbar --- animation works correctly
2- you are closing one of middle icons on taskbar --- there is no animation (bug)
