Moving taskbar icon over start menu icon cause glitch

I forgot to mention that this happen on "Always combine taskbar buttons"

I can reproduce this issue, but, this only happen if you try to move the taskbar button over the Start button, yes? And, the issue get resolved if you restart Explorer.exe.  However, I have forward your finding to Stardock Support Team for their review. Please keep an eye on this thread for any updates.
