Yes guys it was the wrong icon I had, I downloaded an icon from your site and it was correct. I would like to point out something, I don't know if it is feasible or if it is already introduced in the program and I am not aware of it. Since I have multiple pages in the start and each time you have to click on the dots to go from one page to another, isn't it possible to go from one page to another wit
The WinKey+X should open the WinX menu. Just remember you have to hold the WinKey down while clicking the X key. The start menu doesn't open until you release the WinKey.
Make sure you have this turned on:
Are you saying the right click context menu no longer appears? If that's the case, something has gone wrong. Try restarting Explorer, and if that doesn't work, try restarting your computer.
1) I also vote for this. I think this was done by Microsoft to facilitate touch screens. 2) If you go to Start11 config>Taskbar>Taskbar right click menus and turn on Show Win+X menu ... Now when you right click the Stat button, the bottom selection is "Desktop" which will minimize all open windows to the taskbar. This should actually

Please explain your issue a little better. Also, please include your Windows version (winver.exe) and Start11 version. Supremacy2k’s Start11 worked, it was just that clicking the start button opened the Windows start menu. He had a conflict with another app.
I think the icon was created with the correct size, I don't see any difference between a Windows icon and this one. the icon has a size of 128x128 in .ico format obviously
An icon size, ie. 128x128, relates to a bounding box of 128x128 which includes the image and any transparent space. If the image is smaller than the bounding box, it will be smaller

Windows 11 Pro - 22635.2700; Fences 5 - 5.0.0.1; Start11v2 - 2.0.1.1 In Fences 5, If "Quick hide" is enabled, I have noticed the following issues: 1) When double clicking the desktop to hide or show Fences, Start11 has to repaint the start menu if you use the Windows key, but doesn't if you click the Start button on the taskbar. (only tested on the Windows 10 style.) 2) When the "Show Fences" icon is added to the taskbar, when the icon is clicked and the Fences are sho
Some users have reported installing v2 over v1 works fine; others have reported issues. It's probably safest to uninstall v1 first, just don't check the box to delete settings!
I can confirm this behavior with the Windows 10 style, but only if the All apps list is under the Power context menu. If "Show app list in start menu" is turned off, the Power context menu behaves as expected. Windows 11 Pro - 22635.2700; Start11v2 - 2.0.1.1
The end of a long journey. Sweet success!
Edit 1: I got it to work. The error was on my part.
So, does clicking on the Start button now open the Start11 menu?
This person had the same issue as you and solved it! Check out his post at https://forums.stardock.com/524079/solving-issues-with-start11-menu-not-showing-up pelaird
Are you using the 2.0.1.1 beta? I think this was fixed. If this doesn't fix it, here is a workaround: For those of you with the menu issue, you can avoid this by setting the following registry key : Computer\HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Stardock\Start8\Start8.ini\Start8 Create a value called "S11_MenusAreSolid" with type String, data should be "1" This will be addressed in the next beta update of S11
Before you go that far, try running DISM: Deployment Image Servicing and Management (DISM): Open an Administrator Command Prompt any try the following prompts in order one at a time. ⦁ The CheckHealth option in DISM lets you quickly determine if there are any corruptions inside the local image, but the option won't perform any repairs. <span style="background-color: #ffff00;
Try this: Purge and re-install. https://forums.stardock.com/505872/start11-support-faq#reinstalling

Font Size Changes when "Adjust global menu scaling" Set to Anything other than 100% I just noticed this within the last couple of versions. I'm not sure exactly which. I'm on 2.0.1.1 now. I have "Adjust global menu scaling" set to 110% Symptom: When I right click on the Start11 menu and then move to the context menu, the font size for the tabs reverts to 100% and then the context menu font size reverts to 100%. (See attached video below.)
From previous thread: Quoting Supremacy2k, I just tried a clean boot again, everything disabled. When starting the start11 service after logon, it works. But when i reboot it's back to not working. From pelaird: That's great! Unfortunately, now the hard part begins. We now know that it is not the OS because everything works as expected after a clean boot. What needs to happen now is that you will have to perform
