I have tried version 6.1 on Windows 10 latest version virtual machine (Windows Crash), Windows 7 and Windows 10-1607(not working). In Windows 8.1 Virtual machine Windowsfx version 6.1 works. And yes I have used different presets. Then I decided to try former version 6.0.5 and now everything works.

I also have windows 7 on another partition and windowsfx does not work here either. According to system specifications the latest windowsfx is compatible with windows 7. The previews in the software work but most of the the effects are not applied to windows etc. Transparency to windows when moving is the only one applied.

According to system requirements DeskScapes is compatible with any version of Windows 10. I stick to Anniversary Version as there has been many problems with later versions and their updates not to mention the issues of Meltdown/Spectre patches and wait for the rumored 2021 version which should be a complete overhaul of the System as Big Sur in Mac. DeskScapes Version: DeskScapes 10 I have tried Your suggested Dream and it plays with sound (DeskScapes sound control in mixer is enabled) You write that many DeskScapes are without sound but I presume that when they have an audio control there must be some sound. I have DeskScapes unmuted in mixer (not shown DSHost Dream). Sometimes I have 2 DeskScapes unmuted. Is DSHost Dream the same as the the DeskScapes option or a separate option. Anyway with 2 DeskScapes options unmuted I still have no sound with a DeskScape audio included.

I have no audio in deskscapes with sound. I have installed k-lite codec pack to see if this corrected the problem. Deskscapes appears in volume mixes as enabled. Anyway I have no problems with audio with the rest of my audio and video software.

as I have not had reply to my latest issue regarding activation popup up although activated on primary computer I thought it perhapts have something to do with changing network connection between isp standard and vpn. Any thoughts about this.

with windows running I deleted the multiplicity folder and reactivated multiplicity pro. after restarts it does not ask for activation. hope activation popup does not return will close the ticket for now and return with new ticket if activation pops up again thanks

When I delete the multiplicity folder in programdata the popup message about activation pops up when I click configure. 1. deleted multiplicity folder 2. restarted computer 3. multiplicity loads but ask for productkey 4. multiplicity folder automatically created in programdata

Multiplicity pro installed on 2 computers. When I run the primary I often get the popup message multiplicity license not found and I thus have to reactivate. I have tried to purge multiplicity and reinstalling bit the message still returns. I have no folder in programdata named PRODUCTNAME only the installed object desktop programs including multiplicity folder and registrations folder.

System Check found errors and corrected these but I still cannot apply styles. As my Windows 10 Build is not the most recent maybe I should try an earlier version of WindowsBlind 10 but where to download this? p.s. I have just tried WindowsBlinds 10 on my second computer running Windows 10 and here I have the same issue.

I have tried the suggested procedures and disabled the services and startup apps and done a clean boot on second account. Running the WB batch it does not work of course because all the services are disabled included WB service. So I end up with black screen and have to restart and enable the WB Service and run the WB patch. Issues with Win 10 on primary computer: Start 10 does not work, only show transparent space as well as hidden icons space in taskbar is transparent. These issues remains although you have unloaded multiplicity from secondary computer. You have to restart primary computer to get start 10 and hidden icons back.
