keeps asking for activation although activated

Multiplicity pro installed on 2 computers.

When I run the primary I often get the popup message multiplicity license not found and I thus have to reactivate.

I have tried to purge multiplicity and reinstalling bit the message still returns.

I have no folder in programdata named PRODUCTNAME only the installed object desktop programs including multiplicity folder and registrations folder.

Hello,

Sorry to hear you are having trouble.

Please delete the Multiplicity folder in ProgramData - that is what PRODUCTNAME is meant to be in reference to.

When I delete the multiplicity folder in programdata the popup message about activation pops up when I click configure.

 1. deleted multiplicity folder

2. restarted computer

3. multiplicity loads but ask for productkey

4. multiplicity folder automatically created in programdata

It will ask you to activate after deleting the folder in ProgData.  After re-activation, it will / should create a new one in ProgData.  It should not ask after.  

Is it?

with windows running I deleted the multiplicity folder and reactivated multiplicity pro.

after restarts it does not ask for activation.

hope activation popup does not return

will close the ticket for now and return with new ticket if activation pops up again

Action issue update. This activation fix only lasted a couple of days now I again get the popup message multiplicity license not found on startup.
