I will try it out as soon as I can. Getting bandwith to my machines with the Impulse launch starting AND having to steal it from my co-workers might make it hard to download however massive a game it is. I will let you guys know how it goes as soon as I can nail down a responce from the devs and do my own try out. Also what OSes are we talking about here?

Still an ongoing sever fix. Impulse is about to be launched formally so things are a bit fast in the web dev area. I will update if I hear anything. If you would like to be formal about it please start a ticket with us at support@stardock.com.

That error code means a corrupted or packet loss download/install. Only thing that can be done is uninstall, restart, redownload/install, restart again to clear the cache. After that you should be all set.

Please look to the rather large update as Impulse is going to the full version very soon.

I know Zoomba has touched base on this in Wincustomize but I wanted to post this in support as well. If you have a verification system on your email address please add @stardock.com addresses to the allowed list. Support will not go through the process of verifying ourselves. This is done as a precaution of our security to our servers and a measure of more then several hundred emails addressed per work day. It simply will slow us down far too much to be possible. Please know that if you m

Glad to hear it! Should you have any further problems please let us know here or through support at support@stardock.com. Cheers

Just in case you were not aware you should listen to BoogieBac. That is your games project leader. While mine were the musings of someone with in the company that bugs everyone else for as much info as possible that right there is the *ahem* "horses mouth". So to speak. :)

I asked the developers to take a look or muse on this one. Problem is I don't have the game (let alone two accounts) to try this out on. I will let you know if I hear something that could service this problem or be a plausable work around.
PS I love the new avatar, Seabass.
Thank you much. :) I am trying to teach myself Corel Draw. I have backgrounds in PS and Maya but for vector and flash I am lacking. I'm enjoying Corel Draw more than Illustrator for the effects. I am hoping to have some icons and stuff in my current suite. Whoa rambling.... anyway thanks!

There are no Os in the serial numbers at all. All of the 0s are the number and never the letter.

I have filed a request to the developers to include sounds in updates. This isn't a promise of service or anything but it will be brought up with them.
Actually spelt "does".
Thank you, I would be lost were it not for that. :p You won't see anything on the consoles from Stardock for quite a while with all the projects currently brewing. There isn't anymore that I can say of course but I think anyone that is a fan of our work will enjoy the new products very much.

Two items is far more easy if you can some how parent them like a floating ring. Easier than animation right on the ship. Like Carbon said though it would be complicated.

This only takes place on the dragon skin? What OS are you currently running and have you looked into Settings > Check for updates?

No plans at this time. Also the game team is ramping up (meaning it has already been going for a while) the next title. No port I'm afraid.

I have replied to this in your other thread as such: Yes it is possible per modding. Just ask for some of the samples in forums for added ships. However I have lacked the time to make new models myself as I did with GalCiv2. I would love to be corrected on this in case I am wrong. This is the better place for this discussion hence the double post myself.

Just for your knowledge Stardock dose own the rights to produce titles for the "3 big ones" but as of right now there are no plans to do the port. At the least not as far as anyone in shouting range of me was aware.

That's actually ok. It's ok in the sense that we did know about that problem and we are already working on it. Since the new release of Icon Packager 4 there were about 3 bugs that got out and I am happy to say we knocked out two of them and that one you have there is the third. Just give our developers some more time and the update will be made available after testing through Impluse as soon as possible.

Any use of Bootskin is not formally supported. Some versions of Bootskin can interupt the boot process now, this goes double for Vista. I do not recomend the use of this software on the Vista OS at all. Please know the software is more than three years old since its last update.
