Dragon Theme problem

When I try to activate the theme, I get an error message "Windows can't find [MyColors path] Activate.exe. I've installed others theme's fine, anyone have any ideas?

This only takes place on the dragon skin? What OS are you currently running and have you looked into Settings > Check for updates?
