I'm afraid you will need to contact Iron Clad Online for that information. They can be reached via ironcladgames.com and through support@ironcladgames.com. I would like to help you but Stardock does not over see the Iron Clad Online system for the multiplayer of Sins. If you have questions though please let me know, I'll help if I am able.

I proudly carry what my wife refers to as my "Murse (man-purse)". Everyone else calls it a back pack but since I keep most of my life in there she says it counts. Luck favors the prepared. [e digicons];)[/e]

I'm sorry for the trouble you have had thus far in playing Sins. You can always contact Iron Clad Games at support@ironcladgames.com for help with game crashes. However as it has been stated above the used copy of the game is not eligible for downloads beyond 1.5. A used copy of the game provides no income to the developers or the publishers of the game. While the crashing is unfortunate you can contact Iron Clad for assistance. What is important here is that the EULA prevented the

It really isn't the same as GalCiv, there are remarkable differences and the game team is doing an amazing job. I'll write that down in the suggestions for a modern day game in this style.

The main download link will be listed there with the latest version in the email that will be sent out. However if you want to avoid having to uninstall and redownload new versions each time use Impulse instead: http://www.impulsedriven.com/impulse_setup_full.exe If you have any questions let us know!

Just to trouble shoot what happens if you create a short cut to the folder you want and drag it onto the dock instead of the main folder?

I don't mean to correct the info but it is better to contact sales@stardock.com for email address changes. You can make it quick by entering the info in the field on this page: https://www.stardock.com/support/

Here is our token trouble shooting guide from the FAQs. I would agree with Philly. You can always right click on the taskbar icon and select move. Then hit the arrow key in the direction you want the window to go in as a small fix for now.

Sometime around Saturday evening there was some kind of parsing failure with the servers that control activation of new products for us. If you experienced any troubles those same issues were cleared up by Sunday and you should be just fine to try it again by normal means. If you still have troubles with your activation please contact support@stardock.com immediately and we will see to it right away.<br
Is it really a promotion? Don't they keep the developers in the basement?
Yes, and no. The basement is a dungeon and we use it as such ;)
Congrats, Mike. Now that you know all the hiccups from 3 years in support, go upstairs and fix this s--t! That would be now...pronto...andale, andale.
You know he is a developer now. Technically he doesn't have to be all that nice... or do anything at all. A new approach is needed :)
C

For those that have been around for a long time and/or have used Stardock Support even once you have likely heard of Mike aka Milksama. On this day July 28th in the year 2008 Milksama ascends from support into the realm of Developer. You may or may not have heard that Milksama has been coding on the side for some time with Stardock. Having been with the company near three years now he has paid h

Basic questions first of course. Latest version of the game? Latest drivers? What kind of hardware is running? Also what kind of maps are you running? Does this happen at any time or just late in the game? That kind of stuff.

I have been trying to replicate this issue but haven't so far. Can you start up a ticket with us at support@stardock.com and reference this thread? Please let us know what other skinning software you have installed/running too.

I have gone through all the activation emails to clear them for the weekend. Hopefully that means I was able to address yours. If not I need to know where to look because sometimes the sorting rules go astray and randomly pitch an email to the wrong section. Just let me know if you have further troubles or have not gotten an answer.

Makes sense then. Glad I could help. Wincustomize is made with IE in mind, then gets tweaked for FF, and so on... At least I am pretty certain I have that right. Should you have further need of us please let us know at support@stardock.com.
