I know Zoomba has touched base on this in Wincustomize but I wanted to post this in support as well.
If you have a verification system on your email address please add @stardock.com addresses to the allowed list. Support will not go through the process of verifying ourselves. This is done as a precaution of our security to our servers and a measure of more then several hundred emails addressed per work day. It simply will slow us down far too much to be possible. Please know that if you make this extra effort when asking for help that we will make all the effort we can to assist you.
