This is currently being worked on as a known bug as young Dr. Bulma has said. However when the update dose come live I highly recomend Impulse to get it right away. We hope to have the update out ASAP.

The trial version is not updated to the latest bug fixes and software content. It will not be updated until the next full version is made available. What might be going on with the secondary monitor is something to do with the Sony anti cheat software that is running. I will ask the developers on this. What version number are you using Sargon?
The Iron Clad network isn't the same account as the Stardock one. It is ment only for online play and requires you make another account for it. If you still have troubles after this please contact info@ironcladgames.com.
I'm not sure why I never checked on this but have you tried a simple uninstall > restart > reinstall> restart again before running the program? Try that out and if you still have the same trouble THEN try replacing the serial numbers again. I intend to beat the solution out of your machine if I have to.
Good to hear! Also some new emails are coming in so I wanted to clarify something really quick. The serial number should be 35 digits long including the dashes. XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX Thus six sets of digits and letters. Also please know that the 0s are always the number 0 and never the letter O. Should this be a retail copy and n
There is an update on this matter listed here . To save you the time of the click it reads: An update to the serial number system caused multiple Sins of a Solar Empire registrations to fail. This has now been tested and corrected so if you are one of those people please try your activation again. Many of you that wrote into support were already told to try again using Impulse. This likely would have only corrected about 50% of those issues so look at this
What part did you have trouble with in Stardock Central? I would be glad to help.
For this support will need to see the serial number and account info. However that cannot be put up on the forums for any reason. Please start a ticket with us at support@stardock.com and we will handle it for you right away. If you haven't tried it already try downloading the software through our new system Impulse. You can get it from here: http://impulsedriven.com/about.asp If you haven't tried Impulse is it a free download and update service for Stardock Products.
When a game goes full screen and captures the mouse (meaning that it locks it to that program and that program alone) you often will have troubles with reclaiming the mouse to and fro the computers. If EQ 1 or 2 have windowed modes (where the mouse can enter or exit the game) you can clear this issue. You can also go into the settings to set hot keys to quick switch the mouse to one or the other machine. So you could have F1 be your secondary and F2 the primary and so on. Give the
I even visited the Impulse website to see what it's about. For now I'll stick with StarDock though. My patches download automatically, take a few whole entire minutes and they're done.
I recommend Impulse greatly for Sins players. I urge you to get used to it now since not only will it have all of your Sins update information, fastest access to the expansions and content updates, but it is going to have very powerful match making tools for all the online play. yuzree do you have any security applications installed on your end? I was able to log in as you and install perfectly well from this end. It leads me to belive that something is interupting the process or outright blocking you.
I have been trying to replicate this all day. We did kick the servers but in random places people still say they are having trouble. Is anyone that is having this problem using something other than Sins registration info?
Yes. Yes it does. Trust me you don't want to see that pixilated picture up close. My new avatar is getting colored today. :)
If you get stuck when sending in the activation email to activate@stardock.com and/or don't hear back from it with in a few minutes send the same file to support@stardock.com and we can manually decode it for you.
There is an answer to this in another thread on this subject. https://forums.stardock.com/308981/#1719742 My post #22 addressed this.
You are quite welcome Wizard. We are knocking them down one at a time as we go here. You are still able to apply themes as per normal but not change out the individual icons. This seems to be an XP problem at the moment. However the developers are aware and going at insane speeds. Any hold ups on our part has everything to do with testing the software on as many possible machine types. Sorry for the delay.
flight1123 - Your account has been updated. If you have any further troubles please contact us through support@stardock.com.
There is an update to Multiplicity through Impulse. You can try that one. If you are using settings on EQ that captures the mouse it can sometimes freeze the screen. To avoid that play in windowed mode. What OS are you using for these troubles? Also what service pack?
nyati13 - I don't have any recent orders for this listed account. Please let us know any of your purchase info at support@stardock.com OR sales@stardock.com. Either way we can get this sorted out. Also the user nick name has been updated of the orginal poster.
Please try this from within Impulse: -Click the blue Help icon in the upper right. -Choose 'Open XMLs folder (public)' -When the folder pops up, delete any files/folders inside. -Close impulse and relaunch it.
If you are having those kinds of troubles please try simply downloading and installing through our Impulse system. You can get it from here: http://impulsedriven.com/about.asp Let me know if you still have the same troubles after you try installing this version of the game.
What version of the software are you on and with what OS?
Since the game can zoom the way it dose I find that zooming fast is a great way to push your FPS. If you get a major "chug" in the middle start some experiment maps and add planets in tens to see where that magic limit is. Once you know where it is cut that back by another ten planets and you can generally keep in a heavy ship game in check very well. These are not official numbers I am throwing around of course they are just my experience.
Glad we could get that working for you. Should you need any further help you can always ask here but feel free to contact us at support@stardock.com. Cheers
Impulse is the newest way to update Stardock software. Please know that Sins is currently the most popular RTS game out there right now. Traffic is very high on our servers. My apologies for the trouble you are having but Stardock in a period of very rapid growth. My apologies for the trouble you have had. Expect a great deal out of Impulse and Stardock in the coming months. You will be greatly impressed I am sure.
