If Bichurs suggestion did not work please also try installing the software through Impulse impulsedriven.com/about.asp If you want to be very careful uninstall WB6, restart, redownload/reinstall, restart again before using the software. We will look for your ticket as quickly as possible.

As of right now most additional external commands are working. For instance I have a programmable speed pad that now functions on the seconday machine. You should be able to use mutliple buttons on your mouse and keybaord external features. This is under the latest updates of course.

You certainly can't barter with them if that is what you mean. There are guidelines as to what, if any, discounts can apply. What I am suggesting is that you can buy what you want and if sales tells you that no discount is possible then you could return some of the purchases so there would be no loss to you. Well I am here. Unfortunately I don't do you much good since I am not sales. What you are wondering at isn't totally uncommon but there isn't anything I know of. However there is a 90day return policy. You could buy them now and negotiate with sales on Tues if you liked. That way you could get your money back if you need to. Just a thought.

How about if you right click update or double click the software button? If that dosen't do the trick try clearing the XML folder by clicking on the "?" help button > XML Public > delete all the files in the folder that pops up > restart Impulse.

The update went up last night for version 4.00.165 that has the correction for the .exe file. We have tested it and it looks like we squashed the bug well. Please let us know here or at support@stardock.com if you have further troubles with it at all. J. Aroche is correct. XP is the previous version of the software. The XP files are forwards compatible but the FX are not backwards compatible. On a side note we had someone in support today with this same sort of trouble. Once we had him try another browser, right click save as... then drop it on his desktop he was able to simply copy and paste the files right into the CursorFX directory. I assume you are talking about Object Dock Plus. If that is the case then the start menu pops up in relative position to where the docklet is. So if you have a long dock and you put the docklet near the bottom of the dock/screen the start menu will appear lower. If you don't have a longer dock you can go into the settings and mess with the dock positioning. Hope that answers it for you.

Nahaloth - I looked up your email upon seeing this forum post. This serial number was purchased back on Feb 8th of this year and registered. I would highly recommend returning to the retail center you purchased this game from and ask for an exchange. You can use this email as verification of your claim if you so choose. What happens when you go into the Icon Packager directory, right click on Icon Explorer > Run as Admin. Then do the activation normally through that box? If you have an old version it is likely linked to weather.com which we are no longer working with. Simply update to correct the issue. If you have the current free version there were several server fixes that are available but only to the Plus beta. The free version will not be updated with these fixes until the next full version of Object Dock is launched.
