Sounds like you had a cookie issue with chrome. Cookies are used to log which threads you've viewed etc so the forums need to be 'trusted' and allow cookies....;)

Nothing available from Stardock's software on 'myaccount' will be an issue or 'unsafe'. If the Fence is unlocked...and can be resized and the top is at top of screen but bottom is below the screen, you should be able to pull the fence down lower via the top title bar, then at the top edge change to resize cursor and make the fence shorter by pulling down...then drag the fence via the title bar back up to the top of the screen and the bottom will come with it as it is now a shorter fence. Hope that makes sense...;)

I'd rate Customer service at 5 out of 5, for patiently providing assistance whilst being called 'idiots' and 'jackass'. But then I'm 'mostly' polite, particularly when seeking assistance. All that aside, it appears you have managed your issue....;)

Fences takes 0.2 seconds to load. Microsoft makes all programs load after boot has FULLY completed. If you see what looks like a 30 second load time, what you are really seeing is exactly how long your system takes to boot...☺
