My Brother in law gave me that exact model, green screen and all. It had a 1 meg ram expansion card... was the full length of the box...more than a foot long. I eventually got rid of it, but not long after I went to the Melbourne Museum to see the last/only fully complete and working First Generation computer [Csirac], and outside the room it was inhabiting behind glass was that same computer above. That's when I thought maybe I should have kept it...;)

I "had to" reboot my Win7 machine yesterday, Kaspersky had an update and popped up the reboot request, and I was having an issue with MS Teams ... so what the heck... Checked my 'uptime' as it tends to be long .... turns out the last time I'd shut down was when I was away overnight last... and that was about a week before Christmas, 2025. Uptime was 180-something days. It's really nice when your OS is no longer supported and you don't have to cope with bullshit MS Upda

50 years as a Race Official with noise levels often over 120db and I'm pretty darn deaf but am yet to get hold of some Aids... probably because I really need to determine whether I action the likes of the FIA and FIM for failing to maintain a 'safe' work environment. If, during the site rewrite someone would inadvertently connect the database of all the gallery comments so a single spam IP ban cleared all the instances in one fell swoop. I have a dream. Yes, that was me who prompted naroon1 to post his monthly AI graphics thread. It may not be something I will ever use, or want to use, but I know it's the future and is and/or will be extremely popular. I only know that because of my history of graphics without its use. ;)
