I didn't see anywhere in this post that either of you are using the Start11 Enhanced taskbar. I assume you are if you're using the Start11 Autohide function. What happens if you turn on all the icons in the System tray so that there is no Overflow arrow?

What happens if you click the "More" button to the right the the heading "Recent Documents?" Turn on "Recent Items" in the Start11 settings on the "Shortcut list" tab at Start Menu>Configuration and see what shows up when you click the shortcut. Also, include your Windows version and Start11 version in your reply.

The Recent items are listed from the top down in order of their usage. Try to think back to what might have triggered this item. This listing is between two pdf files you opened. If I were to guess, I'd say it was something in the Specs folder.

That appears to be some type of settings page for one of your apps. Not sure why it's showing up in Recent items. I'm only seeing files and folders.

Stardock Apps Auto-Grouping My understanding is that 3 levels of rules are broken in order for these apps to auto-group. 1. The box is checked so that identical windows auto-group unless they are already in another group.
Hi everyone! Has anyone else found that when using Start11 and using Outlook (m365), clicking a pinned Outlook icon on the taskbar starts another instance of Outlook rather than maximizing the Outlook window? I have two machines that are running Windows 11 and it only happens on one of them. (As soon as I uninstall Start 11, Outlook behaves just fine.) Thanks and Happy Thanksgiving!!!
To t

Pretty sure all you need to do is open the trial Configuration app; go to the About screen and click Activate; enter your email address that you used to buy Start11 and then enter your product key.
The problem is still present in version 2.0.3. Can confirm.
Do you have all your icons disappearing from the start menu, or just a few like nathan20? Does "Refresh icons" bring them back? Does restarting Explorer bring them back?

I didn't see this mentioned anywhere in this post, so I'm going to ask. Do you by any chance have autohide enabled in the Windows settings?
Quoting pelaird, reply 21 What happens if you switch the monitor order? Set existing primary to secondary; existing secondary to primary. Same situation, same bug.
At least that let's us know it's not the monitor causing the issue.
I did the purge thing, still an issue. Yes, I have an nVidia card in my system. What really makes this whole thing strange is that the issue only exists on the primary monitor, not the secondary monitor.
What happens if you switch the monitor order? When the Start11 Enhanced taskbar is enabled, I have an issue with the Desktop version of Microsoft 365, Outlook app. I have the Advanced settings for Send/Receive set to "Send immediately when connected," which forces Outlook to Send/Receive all folders when the app is launched. Without the Enhanced taskbar enabled, when Outlook is launched, the taskbar icon shows an orange bar under the taskbar icon to indicate that it is launching and requires attention. I downloaded your icons and experienced the same results on ver 2.03. I also tried changing a few icons to mostly black icons and they were white in the menu. I created a white MS Store icon for you. I think I can figure out how you change the icons. Not sure on the first part.. getting those link to appear on your Quick access shortcuts list. Are you using an NVIDIA gpu? If so, here is an article from NVIDIA support that describes what I was talking about above. https://www.nvidia.com/content/Control-Panel-Help/vLatest/en-us/index.htm#mergedProjects/nvdsp/Resizing_your_desktop_reference.htm

Maybe it has something to do with your gpu and/or display driver. If the gpu is displaying the 1 pixel line off the screen, then your mouse can’t trip it. Maybe having a window open on the desktop causes that 1 pixel line to come back onto the screen. Do you have the display scaling set to 100%? Double check your gpu driver settings.
