MultiMonitor/Upgrade issues

I just purchased the upgrade from Version 4 to Version 6. After the upgrade, I could no longer access the existing fences on my main monitor.  I ended up uninstalling it and reinstalling after using the purge file.  After this, I can only create fences on one of my monitors and if I move the fence to the "main" monitor in the center, I can't do anything with them. Nothing is clickable and I can't select the Fence to do anything with it.

Any suggestions?

Hello,

Sorry to hear you are having issues. Perhaps something went wrong while installing the new version. Please try, uninstall Fences, reboot immediately (important), download latest version available in your account product download page: https://store.stardock.com/myaccount/products. Install it, reboot immediately again. Retest it and report back.

If the issue still appear, we need more information.

  1. Windows full version and OS Build number. Please use Winver.exe.
  2. Do you have any other 3rd party application adding overlays or control your desktop such as monitors managers etc.
