Maybe it has something to do with your gpu and/or display driver. If the gpu is displaying the 1 pixel line off the screen, then your mouse can’t trip it. Maybe having a window open on the desktop causes that 1 pixel line to come back onto the screen. Do you have the display scaling set to 100%? Double check your gpu driver settings.

I just tested on Start11v2 - 2.03 with rounded taskbar, autohide on, at the top and on the bottom of the monitor, and I don't see your issue. There has to be something unique about your system that is causing this issue. I'm even running the Beta version of Windows 11 - 22635.2771. I think all the issues with where the mouse had to be in order to unhide the taskbar have now been resolved. I even tried disabling DeskScapes 11 thinking maybe it was acting as a window on the desk
Change options by using the link below. However there is no link to click on.
The link they are referring to is "Configure menu." After clicking that, if you then click "Customize menu visual appearance," there are a multitude of customizations you can make. Also, if you click "Configure menu," and then scroll down on the settings page, you will see "Advanced options," which if you click will offer even more cu

After thinking about this a little while longer, I don't believe this is a Start11 issue. The taskbar pins that are causing the issue are added to the taskbar from the Windows taskbar settings. Windows does not allow the taskbar at the top, so the tool tips think the taskbar is at the bottom and appear above the taskbar. I'm not sure if there's anything Stardock can do about this, so you'll probably have to live with it if you want those items pinned to the taskbar or move the taskbar to the

I don't use the Enhanced taskbar and I don't ever put the taskbar at the top, so being unfamiliar with those settings, I messed up the first test. After testing again, I got the same results as you. See my edited post above.
Interesting. You can well see by the picture i provided that it isn't my imagination. I have to wonder if i made a mistake in some other in-program setting that might be causing this issue for me. I think i made a change to something to do with vertical alignment to set the icons properly in the thinnest taskbar that i could. I will run through the settings and see what i can find. Thank you for testing and
I'm sorry - that link didn't bring up anything for me, then I realized that I may have registered for forums under a different Email than the one I used to purchase the product, so I signed out and signed back in - it said it recognized the Email but I needed to create an account, so I did, but still I can't seem to find my downloads page. Perhaps you could just give a me a link to where I could download the latest version? Thanks!
Can confirm this happens with me, too. I have found that reordering the icons in alphabetical order fixes the issue. EDIT: But it reappears if I try to refresh the icons again, in which case I have to reorder them in alphabetical order again.
Simply restarting Explorer will force the Start11 menu to repaint.

I can confirm this on my system. Selecting Refresh icons makes them all disappear. (See below) The links for the shortcuts are still there, and they work if you click on them, I have found that restarting Explorer will fix this issue.

The Recent Items Menu was fixed and limited to 15 items in ver. 2.01 (2.0.1.1) Limited recent docs popup menu to 15 items (or OS setting if defined) However, the most recent version is 2.02 (2.0.2.0) Try the updates and see if your issue is fixed.

I'm only seeing files and folders. I opened regedit and opened a few keys, but they did not show up in Recent items. I'm using the Windows 10 Style. What version of Start11v2 and what style are you using?
