Start Menu 11 v 2.0 bug

Hi! My sysyem is Win 11 23H2 wit latest updates.

Start 11 v 2.0

I found - if to set Windows 7,  Shut down button submenu (Restart, Sleep, Sign Out etc.) becom very dark, uncontrast and hard readable. Wno have a similar problem?
