I bought Start11 because on my company PC I do not want to use the free hack that circulates in the internet. However: Start 11 freezes and crashes about 2 times per day. I have to restart Windows explorer from the Task Manager, to unfreeze it. It is really annoying since also the clock freezes, so when I look at the clock, I am missing appointments.

I am disappointed that paid suposedly enterprise grade software has such a poor quality. The hack from the internet works 10 times better, I have it on my home PC.

Please debug your software and make sure it does no longer freeze or crash. Like this, it disturbs my workflow.

The clock freezing isn't a Start11 thing, it is a Windows thing.  There are reports on the internet from users not running Start11 too and Start11 does not provide or paint the clock on the taskbar.

We believe it is more common with seconds enabled on the taskbar clock which we do expose as a setting and have heard there is a link between heavy use of Task View and the issue (without S11)

With regards to other issues, we would be interested in knowing more information on these hangs and crashes as we are not getting reports of wide spread issues like that.  The forums would be full of it were this to be a common problem.

It could be a combination of other tools conflicting.  Are you able to let us know what other enhancements you have added to Windows?
