could be i have mismash of single home user and multiple pc home user with different renewal dates? or are all home user licenses single machine?

emails to customer service just seem to get ai type responses giving me link to my subscriptions. I want to consolidate them or at least have them expire on same date. regardless of the above, i just now went online ond renewed one of them. but I don't see the renew message go away on the machine where I expected it. Is there a place in the local app to input the license infor/serial number?
that helped. was about to change resolution, and instead went to most likely fence and expanded it. is there a way to auto expand all or selected fences?

no error when using Object license key to activate both Fences and Cursor. I had to download the trial Fences first because i couldn thru Objects menu. after rebooting i can access everything via the Objects menu except in the lower section, Objects Desktop Insider, there is no dropdown menu to the right of Fences 6, the way there is on my other win 11 pc. for future reference, is there a way to uninstall everything and do a clean reinstall of Objects, knowing that
spoke too soon. I downloaded my separate install file for cursor but used my object sn to activate. when i go back into object and click on cursor, configure nothing happens. same with Fences 6.

I'm using the wrong term. See the arrowed items. I'm referring to the three dots in between the taskbar at the bottom of my screen and the system tray. What is the list revealed by clicking on the three dots called? I used RevoUninstall to remove Start11. It only showed Start11 not Start11v2 Rebooted. Ran CC cleaner registry cleaner. JV16 tools software remover. Nothing shown for Start 11. Nothing for Start11 or Start11 v2 shows in ctrl panel/programs In Object Desktop, Start 11 displays with "open". Hitting uninstall from there doesn't do anything. in Object Desktop, Start 11 v2 displays without any choices to install, configure etc. <br

so even with beta, if hovering shows the old cf to new version, does that mean I have the old version?

If i disable updates for beta, will I stop geting false update notifications and only get genuine ones going forward or do i have to uninstall and reinstall? Too time consuming to manually check updates for the beta vers.
hmm. most of my subscriptions were for Objects, not standalone apps. So when i click where you say, i have drill to see the versions for separate apps. Way too much hassle to bother doing. What if I uninstall everything, and only install the separate apps. Will that allow me to easily check for beta updates, or is it the same issue?
if i open Fences, Start 11 etc directly not from Objects: will t he update check from there be valid?
"not using OD desktop sync", yes I've disabled synching desktops to OD. Gets crazy when the same user logs into a different pc with different monitors and possibly different apps.

user error: after performing the above steps, all the empty fences did appear, and all my old desktop icons were in the "new items/unassiged" fence. it wasn't obvious because there were so many of them and the display was truncated until I stretched/dragged it. Which is why I got an error about them already there when i tried to copy from the desktop to the Fences using File Explorer. I was then able to drag every icon in the "new items
disabling pages doesn't change anything. If i try to move an icon using File Explorer from the Desktop folder to a fence on the desktop, I get a message that a file of that name is already there. I can copy an icon, but the word "copy" gets appended to it. So it's as if the icons are there, but hidden.
