Ok, great, I hope you can do something about this quickly, the results for not selecting a different window before switching to another PC are currently quite catastrophic. Did you understand however, that I wasn't trying to open another KVM session with my hotkey? I wanted to give focus to a different PC, with a Hotkey to switch to a specific PC in Seamless mode. Doing that while KVM window is active = crash, first clicking on desktop or another app and KVM window does not ha

When a KVM session has focus and try to use a Hotkey to switch to a third PC the KVM session no longer responds. Upon terminating Multipl2.exe the KVM window will respond again, and will draw updates again, yet will not take any keypress or mouseclick. The window accepts clicks however, I can click on disconnect to close it at the top, it just never gets sent to the KVM'd machine. Terminating MPRDP64.exe and clicking on connect in the Multiplicity window will launch a new

When I'm in a KVM session that crashes my mouse pointer for "Normal Select" remains/becomes invisible. Fix: Go to Mouse Settings, select a different pointer scheme, apply, select the usual point scheme apply again, done. I doubt "fixing" this is easy, since it's the process crashing which prevents it from resetting the pointer to be visible again, but perhaps an option to disable making the pointer invisible in the first place? Assuming that would only results in visual artifa

I've given it lots and lots of time to try and work with it, and I wish I could come to the same conclusion as you did, "easily resolved"... I've ended up disabling the seamless feature, no matter how much I wish to use it, it's just far too much hassle, going purely with hotkeys now. I hope you get around to fixing this, I'd really like to use the seamless feature in conjunction with hotkeys. The way it is now that only works for me without using modifier keys on the hotkeys.

Try e-mailing support@stardock.com and tell them your situation and which product you want, there's a decent chance they might offer you a refund if you purchase what you need since you probably just bought it. Make sure to refer your Order Number and date of purchase, and what you'd like to upgrade to. (If I'm not mistaken Multiplicity KVM is only 10$ more than the full Object Desktop suite). At least worth the e-mail, if they of

Thanks for your reply! My pcs are never locked, at worst asleep. Sorry, I just found out I was (partially) wrong, but I have more precise details: Currently I got Ctrl+Alt+Shift+1 and Ctrl+Alt+Shift+2 and Ctrl+Alt+Shift+3 set up as hotkeys. I've set it up so that I can switch from PC1 to 2 via the screen edge or hotkeys, and PC3 is only accessible via hotkey. When I switch from 1 to 2 with hotkey, the modifier keys are fine. But when I switch from PC1 to PC3 (v

Just a user here, not staff, but check this link: https://www.stardock.com/products/multiplicity/#comparison the cheapest option, KM, does not come with KVM capabilities. I think you can purchase an upgrade to KVM here: https://www.stardock.com/products/multiplicity/upgrade

Whenever I switch to a different PC with Hotkeys any modifier keys I use in it get stuck. Fix: hit the modifier keys used again after switching. Any solution for this in sight?
