Interacting with another PC with Multiplicity causes MainPC's application to lose focus/modifier key press?

Use Case:

->I have 2 PC's using multiplicity (one primary, one slave)

->I use seamless, or a hotkey, to move over to the second PC to do something.

->I move back to Main PC with seamless OR hotkey, and the program I had active is acting as if I have a modifier key pressed down?

->Hitting enter will fullscreen->windowed or windowed->fullscreen, and hitting other buttons will cause similarly weird things to occur.

Any idea what could be causing this? I've tried going through my settings to no avail.

Hello,

I have forwarded your report to the Stardock support team for their review and recommendations.
Please keep an eye on this thread for any updates.

We really do appreciate your feedback, thanks.

It could be this - if using a hotkey and that has a modifier in it - and MP is (somehow) still seeing that key as pressed.  If the (any) hotkey you have made uses 'Ctrl' or 'Alt', try changing it to 'Shift' and see if it continues.

If that fails, I would recommend a rip and reinstall on each PC:

This is unfortunately the first thing I tried.

To be clear, when I use my hotkey to switch between PCs, OR when I just move across, the issue happens on my mainPC but none of the other PC's.

It's as if "Alt" is being held down, but it isn't. I'm not sure what the issue could be. Reinstalling did not help :(!

When I switch and come back and try to hit "Enter" to type to someone in my game it fullscreen/windows my game. It's VERY annoying to have to alt+tab or hitting the windows key just to re-select my game so it won't happen. (ie: loss of focus)

If you have keyboard software on any, it would be prudent to uninstall (on at least the Primary and one Secondary) to test to see if that is contributing.  Also, are you using WebRoot (an AV product) on either?

I have the same issue when switching with a hotkey that contains modifiers (alt/shift/ctrl), but not with seamless.

I can fix it by hitting all my ctrl, alt and shift buttons after using a hotkey.
