Your data, privacy, etc. is never completely safe no matter if it's online or offline. At least they were fairly quick in notifying people and did a forced reset.

It's working, but make sure you have the latest updates as the old servers are no longer active.

That's just the way it is currently. You can alter the transparency of individual Fences, but not the color.

As Yarlen said, Rebellion orders are with Stardock. The December 1st date on that was a placeholder, it's not going to be released then. More info about possible release dates and such will be detailed in the coming weeks or so.
