I uploaded a new winamp skin at https://www.wincustomize.com/explore/winamp/1764/ 8 days ago but I haven't received any feedback about whether it has been accepted or rejected.
Winamp skins are accepted.
What did you mean by your author's comment, "Learn how to add a drawer to the player."?
I thought I sent you an email asking that, but I might have missed doing that.

The skin I uploaded is an educational Winamp skin demonstrating how to design a Winamp skin in which the equalizer is not in a separate window but it is like a drawer. By default, it is hidden behind the player but it will slide out if you click the drawer button.
This skin is the third in a series started with my Study Skin. The idea is to heavily comment the xml's and maki sources to help prospective Winamp skin designers. (I know Winamp skinning is nearly extinct but still.)
All the graphics are mine and the maki scripts are either my own or free to use and modify public domain scripts shared at https://forums.winamp.com/forum/skinning-and-design/modern-skins/79932-maki-cheats
