Windows 10 - latest version of fences. Fences roll open, but I can't click on any of the icons within a fence. So frustrating....

I have latest version (paid version) - and Win 10. When I boot up and log in, I can let it sit for 10 minutes and all I see is a blank desktop. The second I hit WINDOWS-E (Shortcut to open explorer) - Fences appears immediately. This is consistent and happens every time. Hope this helps the developers locate the trouble. Thanks!
