Disconnected

I've been running Multiplicity fine. However, my primary computer had to be wiped and everything reinstalled. I have fresh installs of everything (not a backup).

However, I can't get Multiplicity to work. It's a grey system tray icon and says disconnected. I've tried all the troubleshooting steps I can find online. I checked my network settings, I have only the windows default firewall, and I haven't even installed my own third-party security application yet.

I've spent way too much time on this! I've spent more time trying to get Multiplicity to connect than I have reinstalling my entire computer!  This should NOT be this difficult!

Please help!
