the above says i should be able to drag and drop without pro. you told me i couldn't do that without pro. I DON'T EVEN KNOW HOW TO GET PRO IF THAT WAS TRUE. the link in the first email shows screens that do not exist. they are probably for the prwevious ersion of this software. when i try to hook to another computer i get a message saying there are no secondary computers. the other is connected to the same netwsork and is 6 inches away from the primary computer. i just got

How about telling me what Multiplicity without pro is supposed to do. Apparently it can't control another computer which is what I read it is advertised to do. so what CAN it do?

doesn't the fact that the icon in the tray on the primary computer says disconnected mean anytning? How do I get it CONNECTED?

as for pro, I have whatever is available when purchasing object desktop and downloading from there. Everything was working fine with multiplicity until I bought object desktop and downloaded and installed multiplicity on my new computer. now the multiplicity icon in the tray says disconnected. seems to me that's the problem.

I got multiplicity as part of object desktop that I purchased. On the object desktop page it says I can control two computers. The computers are side by side. I cannot control anything on either except with it's own mouse, etc. Hovering over the multiplicity icon in the tray says that multiplicity is "disconnected". How do I get it connected? Then maybe it will do something. Where do ii get support for this product? What is the support phone number? What versioy of multiplicity

Your site says I should be able to drag and drop files between computers. How do I do that if I can't move the cursor to the other computer. I bout Object Desktop which includes multiplicity. So what does the non-pro version of multiplicity if I can't move the cursor to the secondary cursor and do things?

Installed Mult 4 on new computer. But it doesn't work. Other computer has allow this computer to share displays. But on the new desktop which is the master, this is greyed out and a Red PRO appears in several places. I bought object desktop and this worked on the old computer i'm replacing. How do i get this fixed

Just got a new computer and hoped it would fix the problem I have. The sound on the sending computer works for a few seconds, or sometimes a minute, but then goes away. It was the same with the old computer and I never did get it fixed. I had hoped a new computer would do it. I discovered this morning, that if I move the buffering slider the sound starts again, but then stops after a few seconds. It doesn't seem to matter which way I move it of what position the slider is in. Can anyo

got a new computer and installed fences 2 & it was working ok but couldn't rollup fences. then i noticed had a key for an upgrade to fences 3 so i installed that. now nothing works. i have some windows but they are empty. i cant put anything in them or even move them. i've tried uninstalling both fences 2 and 3 but get multiple messages saying can't delete this file. I say ignore and it just comes up with another. how do i get this working again? thanx

now on my desktop the object dock says not responding when i tri to start a program. this software is pure junk and support is non-existent. i just get told to look at a link that has answers. HOW DO I GET MY MONEY BACK?????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????

again all of the shortcuts in all but 2 of my fences have disappeared. Fences worked fine for years until i purchased objecty dock. Since then it's been just one problem after another!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

ever since i paid for object desktop i have had nothing but trouble. the latest problem is that new icons do not go into the new icon fence that is setup for new icons (it worked fine before i spent a bunch of money on object desktop-i should have saved my money and stuck with only fences). Not ony that, the icons don't show up anywhere on the desktop. How do I fix this:

purchased object desktop and set it up on my computer and it was working. And when I starte the computer again I was asked to input the key again. It is ridiculous to have to of this every time the computer starts. Then to make it worse, after putting in the key, i get a message saying that my email is not associated with that key, I typed in the key looking an the email I received to tthat email address. This whole scenario is ridiculous. How do I fix it asap or get my money back????

None of the missing shortcuts ar in the onedrive desktop folder.

i turned of onedrive desktop sync. But the link you sent me to said to MOVE the icons back to their original fences. WHERE ARE THEY? How do I Move them back? THe only way i know to do this is to recreated all of the shortcuts from scratch-that's a lot of work!

AGAIN most of my fences are empty and all of the shortcuts i have set up are gone. But some fences still have their stuff. I just don't understand. It's a lot of work to set this up and then it disappears. I just purchased groupy. Is it going to be as unreliable as fences. How do I get my money back

Sound is coming from youtube, zoom, etc. Computer is still awake

I am back to trying to fix a problem that has been with me for years. I asked about it back in 2022 but never got it fixed. When I try to use the computer WITHOUT SPEAKERS for listening to music or a zoom call, the sound works fine for a while (today it went almost 20 minutes). But then the sound stops.
