ever since i paid for object desktop i have had nothing but trouble. the latest problem is that new icons do not go into the new icon fence that is setup for new icons (it worked fine before i spent a bunch of money on object desktop-i should have saved my money and stuck with only fences). Not ony that, the icons don't show up anywhere on the desktop. How do I fix this:

this is a new issue
reproduce by adding new shortcut to desktop
again all of the shortcuts in all but 2 of my fences have disappeared. Fences worked fine for years until i purchased objecty dock. Since then it's been just one problem after another!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Look like yon on Windows insider release version : https://www.elevenforum.com/t/kb5036985-windows-11-insider-beta-build-22635-3500-23h2-april-19.24465/. Do know, Stardock do not support Windows on insider/beta release version. Please move to Windows release channel and see if the issue still there. We will than continue to support in that Windows version.
now on my desktop the object dock says not responding when i tri to start a program. this software is pure junk and support is non-existent. i just get told to look at a link that has answers. HOW DO I GET MY MONEY BACK?????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????
