I purchased Start 10 a good while ago and upgraded to Start 11 on my old drive a year or 2 ago. Now I can no longer activate Start 11 on my new drive with my account password. Can you help me on this. I should not have to pay again for this product.

Really being human has little to do with it. They did NOT consult us before such a decision in development was made. To me that is arrogance.
Hmmm... Didn`t realise you couldn`t talk to minor races. You should be able to do. A mistake in my book.
I already raised it in support. They either correct it or lose me as a 20 year customer.
My header says it all. I despise what you have turned GC III into with the Crusade add on. I want to remove it pronto. Tell me how. I want minir civilization diplomacy and tech tradng back as an option. No negotiation on this or after 20 years plus as a loyal customer I am out of here permanently.
That is a bummer. I am losing interest in the game as it is constituted now.
I am extremely frustratwed with this incongruity. GC III works an fine on my 1TB Samsung 840EVO ssd drive. But on my 512 GB Samsung 850 EVO ssd after first game play, when I try to play the game again it loads the Drengin vs Altarian graphic but bounces out to the steam interface . I have uninstalled the game through the windows program feature to see if it made any difference with a fresh reinstall, but again it plays fine initially, but when loaded at a later date it craps out again
I have solved the problem by uninstalling using the progerams and features on windows 10 rather than uninstalling within steam.
I am having a major problem since the 1.5 update. When I click to start the program the Altarian woman and Drengin come up on the screen it appears to load a bit more than it exits to the windows interface. I thought something may be corrupted on on my local drive so I uninstalled the local data via Steam and then proceeded to reinstall GC III. It usually works once or twice and then the problem reoccurs. I need help on this.
I am playing with a gigantic universe on GC3 v 1.3. I know every second or third ejection of a ship from a starbase or planet will kick me out of the game with no message. It is extremely annoying. When will this be fixed? I am on windows 10 Professional with AMD FX9590 cpu.
I have this game installed via the GameStop PC appication. It was broken when I updated to windows 10 from 8.1 Pro. The same situation on a clean install of windows 10 . When I downloaded the game on Gamestop it could not activate it and opened a file editor. This does not sound like it would require major resources to fix it. The funny thing is that Gal Civ II Dread Lords works with no activation issue. I appreciate any help that can be provided on this issue from knowledgeable sources.
I am having a problem with GC III beta .82. I am fairly far along in the game with 8 major and 8 minor opponents. The game has reached the point where it stalls when processing a turn. This seems to be a common problem with each beta release. I hear what you say , but it really needs to be fixed. It is a complete stall. I waited 4 hours and it still had stalled.
I keep getting kicked out of the game when I do a mouse click in a gigantic universe. I was doing diplomacy with the Thalans and suddenly the games closes without an error message and I am back to the desktop. I had 99 planets at that moment and had the most influence in the galaxy. This has happened 3 times now. In previous beta versions this same phenomena would happen also. I checked off disable pirates. Yet they still infest resources like space junk. So disabling pirates does NOT disable
I seriously doubt that .51 installed properly, I saw no indication of an update and my screen still says .50. Also the technologies that were locked for beta 1 still appear to be locked.
Yes I see how under governance one can allocate individual planet resourcesThat only answers half of my question. How does one allocate resources overall? I see nothing to set the overall budget and where it goes.
In Twilight of Arnor allocating the budget was quite simple with the 3 sliding scales. Each individual planet let you do the same . I do not see anything so far in the beta to do likewise.
I can not figure what has to be done after pressing the turn button what must be done to enable it again. Also somewhere along in the game the resolution appeared to change and I could not seen the whole universe without scrolling.
I find the game interface on GCIII much more inefficient and kludgy than on GC II Twilight of the Arnor. It is so much more time consuming finding out how to allocate resources and make purchases and move pieces. It is far from intuitive and I really find it a turn off. I think Stardock has been doing this since the Sins of the Solar Empire which I have still yet to play because of its obtuse interface. Why make things difficult to play??? This needs an overhaul or I am out of here.</p
What has characterized human society over the past 5 years? Class warfare by the finance capitalists demanding austerity so they can increase their rate of capital accumulation and fund their wars for oil . On the working class' part the response has been been fight back against wage and benefit cuts and growing rebellions against racist police terror. This concept of class warfare and class struggle belongs in GC3 , It would make the game far more interesting to see consequences o
I will specifically answer question 3. I believe a that we have 10,001 patriotic pro-capitalist games. The fact is most people are working class. We have no strategy games that give us a chance to rebel against oppressive tyranny by the bosses and rulers. The reality of the last 2-3 years shows mass rebellion whether it be over racism in the US or extreme poverty and state oppression in Bangladesh, the Mid East, or workers in France, Italy, and Greece fighting back against austerity by stagin
