I paid for a license for Start10 and upgraded to Start 11 on my old drive that I just replaced. I can no longer activate Start11 on my new drive

I purchased Start 10 a good while ago and upgraded to Start 11 on my old drive a year or 2 ago. Now I can no longer activate Start 11 on my new drive with my account password. Can you help me on this. I should not have to pay again for this product.
