Consistent bug in version 1.3 when clicking on ejection of ship from planet or starbase kicks you out of the game with no error message

I am playing with a gigantic universe on GC3 v 1.3. I know every second or third ejection of a ship from a starbase or planet will kick me out of the game with no message. It is extremely annoying. When will this be fixed? I am on windows 10 Professional with AMD FX9590 cpu.

Sorry to hear you're experiencing this problem. Can you download and run the tool below:

http://sd.stardock.com/Support/supportToolTest/SDSupportTool.exe

Then attach the .zip that's created and send it in with a ticket to support:

Edit: Dam you @The_Gear, you hadn't replied when I started typing. Bet me to it xD!

Im just guessing, but with such a large map how many ships do you have or are across the game right now. im curious if there are so many ships there is a memory issue or something random like that when it tried to "spawn" a new ship onto the map.

My main reply however is I suggest going though the steps in the below link.

If the main steps dont work follow the last two steps on 'Reporting an issue' and on how to use the Support tool to add important information such as the crash report to the ticket.

Although sending the crash report is probably going to be the most relevant thing to do, unless your system just isnt powerful enough to run a larger map.
