Yes, I filled out the information again and received a ticket number. The screenshot I shared shows exactly why I bypassed submitting a ticket at first and came to the forum—your own website directed me here, which is why I highlighted it . As you can see in the image above, it is showing that my subscription will now renew in Sept. even though I had time remaining in my current subscription. I thought "Extend" meant "Extend," not reset. Can this be adjusted so I am not losing time? Thank you. Moved to Account and Activation help area</

It just happened again and I looked. The license.sig file is no longer there. The only file remaining is Cache.dat. I didn't run any drive cleaner and it's been excluded anyway, so that isn't the problem.

I have multiple licenses for Start10 and yet not one of them will stay registered. I have been interrupted periodically for months now. I 'did my research' to solve the problem I didn't create and found a link that mentions deleting a folder and reapplying the key. I've done that more than once and am still getting these stinking prompts. How do I fix this once and for all so that I can use what I've paid for without being pestered again? This is among the th

After updating Fences, I can no longer extend my desktop. I lost all of my Fences as well, but that isn't such a big deal. Having multiple desktops is very important to me, however. I need to roll this back. It's broken. Thanks
