I ran into the same problem when in FireFox. But when I tried in Chrome, it worked and reported I was qualifed for the upgrade.

With all due respect, referring us to the changelog really does not answer the question of what new features does Fences 4 give us that were not in Fences 3? I fully appreciate all the fixes that have been made, but what new actual features does Fences 4 add to the features in Fences 3 which, to be perfectly honest, has worked just fine on our computers. Please be very clear as to exactly what new features would justify buying
Nope, just to the top of the screen. It doesn't let you place the taskbar on the left or right. My uneducated guess is that Windows 11 won't permit that.
And the good folks at Stardock did, indeed, fulfill this request. Start11 does enable you to move the task bar and start button to the top of your screen.
Thanks, but the FAQs do not address the question of eligibility for the discounted upgrade price on Start11. Could somebody at Stardock please explain why, as owner of two licenses for Start10 (and before that Start8), I don't qualify for the discounted upgrade price to Start 11 according to your system? Thank you.
I own two licenses to Start10 and when I checked to see if I was eligible for the upgrade discount to Start11, Stardock automatically told me that I was not eligible. I used the email address with which I've logged into Stardock.com since I purchased Start8 ever so long ago. I realize the discount won't be much given how low cost Start11 is, but since they're going to allow just 1 device per license, I'm going to have to buy a lot more licenses than I use now. Thanks for any clarifica
With Windows 11 being released on October 5, 2021, I was wondering if Start11 will restore the ability to place the taskbar at the top of your screen. From what I've read, Windows 11 will allow it only at the bottom of the screen. I'd hate to have to try to break my 20+ year habit of looking to the top of my screen for the taskbar, especially since I use a pan-and-scan virtual desktop which makes placing the taskbar at the top of the screen pretty important. I know there is a registry
Frustrartingly my Excel (Office 365) files no longer automatically group with Groupy 1.2. Word files group; PowerPoint files group. But Excel files stopped grouping despite being set for automatic grouping. I can manually group them, but they won't group automatically. I stress that Groupy is set for Excel files to automatically group. Windows 10 build 1903 (problem started before installing 1903). Excel 365 is the current version 1905, build 11629.20214 Click-to-Run - on the
On the plus side, CorelDraw 2017 has native tabs - so the only issue is grouping CorelDraw with other applications.
Groupy is great so far. But I can't get it to work with my fairly ancient (by computing standards) Corel Ventura 10 (desktop publishing program). When opening documents in Ventura, Groupy does nothing - no grouping of Ventura documents in a single Ventura window. Groupy is completely missing in action. I realize that Ventura 10 is 14-years old (heck we threw a Bar Mitzvah for it last year) [e digicons]O:)[/e] . And now I understand why -- and I thought I'd share
In the few minutes I've played with Groupy, I really love it. Now I can discontinue using Office Tab which has been a bit kinky with the Microsoft Office 365 applications like Word and Excel it was made for. But there is one key feature absent from Groupy (unless I'm missing something, which is always a possibility): A single button to close all of the files that are open in a "group." Now I can understand lacking that ability if the group is comprised of windows from several dif
I'd like to try ObjectDock BETA 2.1. I currently use ObjectDock Free (which doesn't seem to tell you what version it is). I'd like to try the ObjectDock BETA 2.1, but I need some guidance to do this safely. Can I safely install ObjectDock BETA 2.1 over my existing ObjectDock Free? <span style="font-size: small;"
