Can Start11 move taskbar to top of screen?

With Windows 11 being released on October 5, 2021, I was wondering if Start11 will restore the ability to place the taskbar at the top of your screen. From what I've read, Windows 11 will allow it only at the bottom of the screen. I'd hate to have to try to break my 20+ year habit of looking to the top of my screen for the taskbar, especially since I use a pan-and-scan virtual desktop which makes placing the taskbar at the top of the screen pretty important.

I know there is a registry hack available to move the taskbar , but it sure would be safer and easier if Start11 allowed the move.

And the good folks at Stardock did, indeed, fulfill this request. Start11 does enable you to move the task bar and start button to the top of your screen.

Nope, just to the top of the screen. It doesn't let you place the taskbar on the left or right. My uneducated guess is that Windows 11 won't permit that.
