Hello, Sorry to hear you are having issues. Go to your account page and deactivate your Fences , Reboot and then you can reactivate on the new one . or Fences app .if you can get to it With Object Desktop see image below click on the ? and that will allow you to deactivate any previous activations

Fences3 to Fences 4 is not an update it's an upgrade upgrades have to be bought . So your Fences 3 with 5 Lic. is still good . Fences 4 with be for 1 or 5 Lic. depending on what you purchase .

Click on settings and click on Hide Software see if that brings it up . You might need to re install object desktop manager app ... v4.03 as mentioned above WindowBlinds 11 is in development No ETA yet for release date. Theme Manager incompatible at this time also .
