Do other dreams play OK without the blink ? Like some of my dreams ? Do all of your dreams made with Pro blink or just a few of them ? Load one of your dreams that blink on cloud storage like google drive and and post a link to it so I can test it and see if it blinks on my system. One made with dream maker pro AzDude
On the image above I would move the slider bar to Max Quality. Also try in task manage restarting Windows Explorer when or if blinking starts again.

Now some people use PayPal ( with a different email addy, than their Stardock account info , is that your case maybe ?
