Just a quick little thing from support. Currently support phones are set to answer between the hours of Mon-Fri 9-4pm EST. We often get queries on when we will be available on weekends. Officially support is not available on weekends but more times than not the support staff is looking in just in case disaster strikes, or just wants to get ahead of work. A lot of this many will know already. However Stardock is getting new traffic and I have noticed this coming up more of late.<br

Currently WindowBlinds and MyColors do not play well together. This is being looked at but for the most part you need to be using one or the other. My apologies for this inconvenience.
Chances are because something is broken. What oporating system are you using? Also what software are you using to change them with?
Just wanted to say the same thing with the Stardock tag in here.
Currently IconX is not updated to work with Vista. Not sure on any current time line in this matter either I am afraid.
Bootskin has not been updated in a long time and officially receives no support. The only suggestion I can make is to simply try a uninstall and reinstall. Sorry for the trouble.
Your subscription would start now. You would be entitled to the latest updates as well.
We cannot reset trial accounts I am afriad. However if you are interested in the full package nearly every peice of software is available in trial form from Object Desktop.
Email us directly at suppor@stardock.com. We will help as best we can. If you still can't get through PM me.
Go into the dock settings then the Themes tab. There you can save the current theme settings so you don't have to rebuild the dock after you whipe the cache.
Try updating Object Dock Plus to the beta version through Stardock Central. If you have the trial the fix hasn't been handed down for that yet. As far as the other request I will try to forward it on.
Hi, Try clear your cache. Here is the online directions for it. Go to start > run and then copy this into the command line: %userprofile%\local settings\application data\stardock It will open a file folder. Delete the ObjectDock one. Be sure to save before doing all of this. </
dang I had the window open for 5 mins... next time gadget!
Try going into the directory and dragging the actuall .exe to the dock.
I am a little confused. Stardock is the company, however we have many titles to download. I am assuming you mean is Deskscapes. If you have a lower end video card or so many processes that your computer bogs down Vista will pause your Dream. However you can right click on the desktop and hit play again. Please let me know if this isn't what you were meaning.
For the record to all you can submit ideas here and to support. Either way we do our best to get ideas and suggestions to all our devs.
Is there anywhere we can download this image from?
Reboot to safe mode and uninstall the program first so you don't have to fight with it. Sounds like something downloaded was corupted. I would just try a reinstall after that. Simple answer but chances are it will be a fix.
I believe there used to be a random feature on bootskin. There currently isn't something like that implemented. However I will forward it along for you.
When you do please be sure to reference this thread.
Well I was going to say that I will forward this on. Instead I think I will just send a link to the devs.
We are having a few issues with IE7 and at the moment I am uncertain which way to look. We are doing some testing and I will update as quickly as possible. If you would like to start a ticket at support@stardock.com that would be advisable.
As a follow up is anyone still having trouble with the latest version of Object Dock Plus and IE7? If so does a quick uninstall/reinstall clear the issue?
Account is working fine from our end. If you like you can PM me for confirmation of this info.
