We are currently aware of the problems people are having with TPM2008. Please stand by as we hope to have the fix out ASAP. Likely you will see it show up in an Impulse update or an email to your account. If you still have troubles by near-end-of-the-day tomorrow...ish please let us know at support@stardock.com.

I beat a dead horse with this fix but it is effective in our support. Please clear your XML data. -Click on the "?" help menu in the top right -Then XML Public -Delete everything in the file that opens -Restart Impulse

It will be by PM or through my work email. However this test can't take place until the Impulse and TPM2008 launch is finished. I hope to contact you shortly.

There should be no restrictions on markets. If by chance you have remained logged in be sure to restart Impulse to get some of the latest updates. If it still dose not show up I would try a simple uninstall and reinstall. Let us know at support@stardock.com if you still have further troubles.

No an update implies new features. The latest version is meant to correct the activation issue you are describing where multiple parts need activation or it asks for activation each time. If you are still having these troubles try uninstalling, restarting, redownload/reinstall through Impulse, then restart again before you run the software. If after that you do that and you still get the same problem we have some account work around support can supply to you. Just let us know. In the mean

There isn't one as such. However I had the same sort of problem as well. What I did was go into the settings menu and change the delay timer to about twelve seconds to account for any Start Menu delay. You can also designate with the pro version certain parts of the screen that activate the dock instead of the whole side that it lies on. Try it out and let me know if you have further questions.

You pretty much covered everything that is the general cause of a 1001 error. It sounds like something, anything is interrupting online processes. Instead of spyware do you have any popupblockers running? It sounds like SDC is running correctly but that something is simply getting in the way. Try eliminating all processes one by one and running SDC to see if you eliminate the cause. Have you tried out Impulse yet? http://impulsedriven.com/about.asp Impulse is the next gen SDC

On a side note who would be willing to let me have access to their account after I fire up my trial? I would like to try swapping the login accounts when I test it. It might be a long shot but knowing Sony it isn't far fetched. Most of my bug finds are all about the long shots anyway. You can be certain of my professionalism in this regard. I wouldn't even play the same server as your characters. I shed my EQ past when planes of power came out a lifetime ago. :)

I will try it out as soon as I can. Getting bandwith to my machines with the Impulse launch starting AND having to steal it from my co-workers might make it hard to download however massive a game it is. I will let you guys know how it goes as soon as I can nail down a responce from the devs and do my own try out. Also what OSes are we talking about here?

I know Zoomba has touched base on this in Wincustomize but I wanted to post this in support as well. If you have a verification system on your email address please add @stardock.com addresses to the allowed list. Support will not go through the process of verifying ourselves. This is done as a precaution of our security to our servers and a measure of more then several hundred emails addressed per work day. It simply will slow us down far too much to be possible. Please know that if you m
