If you like you can also write into support@stardock.com. In case it is a account question that can't have that info publicly posted.

That’s cute. What is that on the left though? A commodore 64 with vista loaded on it? I mean look at the key board. If there was sound you know we would be hearing the Ka-Ting! of each key.
Please start a ticket with us. We might need to eplore this issue. support@stardock.com Thanks!
Screen shot?
In either case I would suggest clearing the cache. Go to start > run and then copy this into the command line: %userprofile%\local settings\application data\stardock It will open a file folder. Delete the ObjectDock one. Be sure to save your theme before doing all of this.
Here is the offical answer for that: Please double click the system tray icon for WindowBlinds, then go into the Settings section and click 'Change the look of an app'. Add a setting, choose the .exe associated with the application causing trouble and then be sure to enable the 'Total exclusion' option. Yahoo and WB don't play well together. Lots of biting and throat punching.
What OS are you using?
The annoying but easy way I prefer is to go into safe mode and delete the file. Tap F8 as it boots up, delete as per normal. Restart.
Are both machines on the same version? I know you reinstalled but this is the most typical of reasons for this issue. I would actually suggest starting a ticket with us at support@stardock.com since many more questions are going to have to be asked for certain.
Yes the current version of Object Dock Plus CAN be used on XP 64bit. :D
Ok great! Any one that still has trouble please PM me or post here.
I still don't get quite the same results as you guys however I did email the developers on this for some insight. I'll let you know what they have to say about it.
Great! Let us know at support@stardock.com if you have further problems.
This is after the fact I am aware but is anyone in this thread having thoes downloading problems?
Not at the moment. However I made the developers aware of this post.
Sounds to me like a conflict that will have to work out down the road. As a 3D user I recomend not skinning the window of the resource hogs. For now this will work as a fix. Please double click the system tray icon for WindowBlinds, then go into the Settings section and click 'Change the look of an app'. Add a setting, choose the .exe associated with the application causing trouble and then be sure to enable the 'Total exclusion' option.
I can't seem to get this to replicate. Any strange docklets installed?
Glad to know it was a misunderstanding. If you get stuck with anything please let us know here or at support@stardock.com.
If you get really jammed up please let us know at support@stardock.com. We like to pass everything on to the devs so that we can avoid troulbes whenever possible.
Done and Done! If you retain the sig.bin file in your product directory, you should not need to activate again (unless you reinstall windows).
It was made with Vista in mind. Keep in mind this is still the beta and many updates are coming!
If you want to go all out turn off UAC if you are comfortable with that.
I assure you we are here. Please also know the company is also playing catch up after the break. Many people could be calling in.
I have that at home and can't replicate the issue. Give a uninstall/reinstall a try a let me know if this clears the issue.
I might have been unclear, sorry if I was. After I saw your inquiry I checked the account under the listed email you posted with. I find the account but there are no purchases listed under it. Since you think this is in error you will have to check with sales. As support I don't have access to the sales information, only the accounts. If you have another account you made the purchase under I can check that one as well. I'm sorry I couldn't be of more help than that but after tomorr
