I need logs. Please download and run the following utility: http://sd.stardock.com/SDSupportTool.exe This is a tool that we use to gather relevant log files and basic information about your computer. Once the utility finishes running, please send the .zip file it creates on the desktop to support@stardock.com to create a new ticket.

So I understand, you are saying that on your machine, just having Pages enabled causes high HD activity, and that disabling Pages causes the HD activity to decrease?

Some HP computers came with Fences pre-installed. You can get Fences at https://www.stardock.com/products/fences/

Going forward, with future releases, this will not be an issue. You might be best served to wait until the next release, and then uninstall all those versions before installing the latest. Your settings will be preserved.

Is the secondary "lit up"? If so, just move your mouse over to the edge of the screen closest to the secondary . . . and keep going! Your mouse will jump to the second monitor. If the secondary isn't lit up make sure that MP is installed on the secondary and that the pass-phases match.

hello. every time you reply to your ticket, it goes to the end of the queue. Stardock is closed on the weekends. The $2 is a ghost charge and will go away depending on your bank. You can contact them for more information. We'll look into the other issues on Monday.
