Hello, The bug has been reported to the developers. They are evaluating it along with other issues and prioritizing accordingly. Support understands. We're users too. When the issue is resolved, the ticket will be updated. If the issue is un-resolvable, a refund is always available.

You should be set now. Everytime you replied to your ticketvasking for status it bumped it tonthe end of the queue. Sorry it took somlong to resolve.
