Multiplicity 2.05

Unable to Log In / activate Multiplicity 2.05 or Use Offline Registration

Hello,

I’m trying to log in to the Multiplicity 2.05 app, but it’s not working. 

I’ve never had any issues in the past, but today nothing seems to work.

If I try to log in normally, it says that my password is incorrect for the email address I’m using.

If I try to use “Forgot Password” in the app, it says that unable to find your account details. 

However, I can log in to the Stardock website without any problem using the same email.

I also tried using offline registration, but the website appears to be down and does not work either.

So at this point, I basically have an unusable product.

Could you please help me?

Hello,

Sorry to hear you are having issues. Perhaps you are having account issue. Please raise support ticket using the link below, use the "Ask A Question" option. Include all information details. Remember to record down the ticket number for future reference if needed. Do not raise multiple ticket, that will make your ticket back to the end of the line. Send once and wait. Ticket will be answer by the order they send in.
