Xiandi ...this happens more often then you think. When your making the Rainy always make a folder first in the Rainlendar skins. Then add all your graphics to the folder ...rainback, message back, buttons etc . This way they will be in the right pathway. If you had opened the skin by right clicking on the Rainy >> go to skins >> Edit current skin >> Skin Configuration > Background Tab > then click on the browse and usually it will open to where the graphic is. If y
I would be really cool to be able to do rounded corners without resorting to the dreaded magic pink!
That it would be ... but never going to happen...so I give a lot of credit to those that make a ' fancier' RC by sitting there and tubing around graphics pixel by pixel with magic pink just to make something a bit different.

Da_zman... At the end of the day when you log off and climb into bed...Karma gets left behind at the door of WC. Your not going to get a Holiday in the Swiss Alps for X amount of Karma. I took your post at a light hearted attempt at humor...I'm sure that was the way you intended it. Don't sweat the small stuff ..
you have to fully type out the location ie: London,United Kingdom
Glad you solved your problem using bilbo's weather search...but the above is also correct. All widgets will work if you type out the full location. Abbreviations no longer work. Wellington NZ must be Wellington,New Zealand ( no extra spaces between ) London, UK must be London,United Kingdom If the widget wouldnt accept the location...shut the widget then reopen and try again. Jeezeee...I understood every word here. So, you think that if someone gives Karma they should never sign their name. Well someone gave me Karma and put 4 little kisses after it. Damn...I wish they signed their name ;)
When I try to rate a skin, I get a message that says I need to be a sub. or an Apprentice to rate a skin....WTF?
Delete your cookies and log out then log back in. That happens to me if I log into the Forums first rather than log in to the Wincustomize home page.
I know I recently commented and rated some of Chadamus' uploads here on Wincustomize without downloading them. But that is because I have already downloaded them over at DA.
Depending on the time of day I find it faster to download from DA. Most here have DA accounts or they post a lot of their skins at several sites. Also some send me the skins in advance by email. But I do agree with WOM. I have seen skins with 10 " WOW great skin " comments.. Then I downl

Im afraid that RC is rather low on the priority list of updates. Although for some of us it remains one of the most used Stardock products. If you have used RC since it was first introduced to Object Desktop then you become dependent on it to navigate anywhere in your computer.
As for the TightItemWidthBuffer - that is the measurement of space that the main menu will stretch after your Text menu titles. In other words...if you change the TightItemWidthBuffer from 2

These are problems that have plagued RC since the dawn of time. I just tried your RC...apart from the size .. its rather large for my 1024 reso. But all I did was change the TightItemWidthBuffer from 2 to 40. That number seems to work for me. I have all title fonts looking normal. Nothing is cut off. Just one of the drawbacks of the RC program ..that and its use of BMPS rather than PNGS. Sorry I don't have a better solution.

Kudos to all.
Thanks Island Dog for including my RC in this weeks picks. I was just a very small part of the L.O.E.S Community project and I hope everyone gets a chance to check out the entire L.O.E.S Suite - it offers just about everything, was made by a talented group of skinners ( most of them also belong to Wincustomize ) [B]And its ' Free ' just there for the taking. I have used AVG free version for years and have not had any viruses to speak of except the few Trojans AVG grabbed within a half second when I hit a website that was infected. I have never used the email scan portion ever ...my server scans my email and I just dont open anything that looks fishy. If I have to buy AVG - then I'll buy it. I spent $100 buying Nortons a few years ago and it was a piece of crap.
