I`m afraid you`re not going to get very far in Linux by clicking on files. You`ve got to get down with a terminal window. 1) You need to un-gzip then un-tar the file. gzip -d somefile.tar.gz then... tar xvf somefile.tar That will leave you (more than likely) with a subdirectory under your current directory. Very old issue. The newsgroups on nntp://news.stardock.com have some more (but not much) info on the issue. I don't like it either. The newsgroups are your best bet for technical information/support.

WHOA!!!! I did NOT say it worked with WindowBlinds. (But I will try and check). Don't bother with the "Beta". There have been VERY significant changes between the beta and the release canidate. Also, the only reason I have it installed on work test systems is to research deployment across my enterprise and verify application compatibility. If you're an end user, wait until the final release version. I do not run it on any of my personal machines...yet [Message Edited]

You're thinking of SP1. Why would a product (Office 2003) that's been out over a year REQUIRE a product that hasn't even been released yet? ...It's just not possible. BTW, Office 2003 does require SP1.

The information that is displayed in the user area of the start menu in XP is the "Full Name" property of the user account in the domain. There's no way that I could find to disable the displaying of the user info when a member/user of an AD/NT domain. You could always use Object Bar.
